ScoreCard list
The ScoreCard list shows all ScoreCard versions sorted by: Active first, then by creation date, newest first. Key columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Scorecard name | User-defined name. Active cards show a green Active tag. |
| Type | Individual or Company |
| Workspace | Global (shared) or workspace-specific |
| Status | Draft, Active, Inactive, or Archived |
| Last modified | Date and user of the most recent change |
Actions on ScoreCard
| Action | Available in state | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Edit | Draft only | Cannot edit Active or Inactive cards directly |
| Duplicate | Any | Creates a Draft copy with "-copy" suffix; same ScoreCard structure |
| Activate | Draft, Inactive | Makes this ScoreCard active; deactivates the current active one |
| Deactivate | Active | Removes active status; no ScoreCard runs until another is activated |
| Archive | Any non-active | Hides from main list; accessible via "Show Archived" |
| View | Any | Read-only view of configuration. Shows full parameter/factor detail. |
⚠️
Deactivating a ScoreCard means no risk scores will be computed for any new events until another ScoreCard is activated. Existing scores on Profiles remain.
ScoreCard scope: Global vs Workspace
Super admins can create ScoreCards at the Global level, which are shared across all workspaces. Workspace admins can choose to use the global ScoreCard or activate their own workspace-specific one.
- If a workspace has an active local ScoreCard, it takes precedence over the global one
- If no local ScoreCard is active, the global ScoreCard is used as the fallback
- Global ScoreCards can only be edited by super admins
