Role Management

Grant your team members access to your AdvanGuard account.

Roles enable you to control and restrict your team members' access to specific Dashboard features. You may create any number of custom roles to suit your operational requirements. Each role is associated with a defined set of permissions that governs the actions your team members are authorized to perform within the Dashboard.

AdvanGuard provides the following built-in default roles:

  • Master Admin: Holds the highest level of platform privileges, with unrestricted access to all feature modules and the entirety of platform data.
  • Workspace Admin: Access is scoped to the assigned Workspace, within which the role retains full access to all features and data.
  • Compliance Officer: Authorized to review applicant profiles, approve or reject applications, and upload supplementary documentation as required.

Create roles

Creating a New Role:

  1. In the Dashboard, navigate to the Role Management page and click Add New Role.
  2. Provide a role name and an optional description.
  3. Configure the desired access permissions and restrictions.
  4. On the right-hand panel, select the permissions to be granted to the role. Before making your selections, ensure you carefully review each permission and its corresponding description.
  5. Once your configuration is complete, save the changes.

Manage roles

You can manage roles in any of the following ways:

  • Edit role. Lets you edit an existing role in case you want to change certain parameters. For example, you may want to change permissions that you have assigned previously or change the name of the role, and so on.
  • Delete role. Lets you permanently remove the role in case you no longer need it. Mind that you cannot remove the role if at least one team member is currently logged in under this role.
