Rescreening
Periodic re-screening of Profiles at a configurable interval when Ongoing Monitoring is disabled.
⚠️
Feature in Development
Rescreening is currently under development and not yet available. Please use Ongoing Monitoring for continuous watchlist tracking.
Overview
Rescreening is a periodic compliance tool for customers who want cost-effective name list screening without the continuous OGS subscription. When configured:
- Each Profile is screened against the AML lists at the configured interval (e.g. every 30 days)
- Rescreening runs automatically — no user action required
- If a match is found, a new AML Alert is generated
- Billing is per-screening, not a subscription
⚠️
Rescreening and OGS are mutually exclusive.
You must choose one per Level. Switching between them requires a Level configuration change and may affect all Profiles linked to that Level.
Rescreening vs Ongoing Monitoring comparison
| Dimension | Ongoing Monitoring | Rescreening |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger | Continuous (event-driven by list updates) | Scheduled (every N days) |
| User can disable? | Yes (accepts compliance risk) | No (compliance baseline — always runs) |
| Billing | 365-day subscription | Per-screening charge |
| Compliance strength | Highest (real-time) | Periodic (risk-based approach) |
| Profile switch available? | Yes (on/off toggle) | No (read-only display on Profile) |
Configuration
Configure in Dashboard → Configuration → Verification Levels → Individual. Set the rescreening interval under "AML Screening" settings:
