What is KYB?

KYB (Know Your Business) is the process of verifying a company's identity, ownership structure, and the individuals who control or benefit from it. AdvanGuard's KYB solution supports:

Company data verification — legal name, registration number, incorporation country, operating address
UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) identification — identifying individuals who own or control the business
Director KYC — running standard KYC on key personnel, including UBOs, directors, and authorized signatories
AML screening — screening company and individuals against PEP/Sanctions/Adverse Media lists
